5 star review - House sale review We are greatly indebted to Cathy who did a wonderful job of selling our Canta Mia home. We listed for almost a year in a down market. Our house possessed numerous upgrades which makes it hard to recoup the value of these additions when the market is stale. Cathy spent the time and effort and funds to get our house out to prospectus buyers and eventually we received an offer that we were very much satisfied with. We thought that our house would not be sold up to such time. Once again we would like to thank Cathy for all her hard work. Cathy continued to help us through the sale and was an assistance right to the end until payout!!! 1/2026

Cathie pours her heart into her job, with great listening skills and answers your questions. If she does not know the answer, she will find the answer and will get back to you right away.
